Some call it “dumpster diving”, I call it TREASURE HUNTING!
Last night my husband and I were down the street talking with the neighbors around the corner and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a little end table with the cutest lines to it buried under a mountain of trash (gasp!)
Naturally, I begged my husband to bring it home for me, which he did…
I can’t wait to break out my sander and spray paint on this little guy…I think it’s going to be really cute!

Loving that! From the pic, I would almost say it is perfect as is. I love, love, love upcycling! We were able to reuse several items my MIL was throwing out when we did the Family Room bar remodel, AND we were able to keep part of the cabinetry. The cabinet guys ripped it out, took it back to the shop, put on new doors and painted it. You could never tell and we saved money, too!
