Today’s Happy Hour recipe comes to us from Nancy over at A Communal Table and this just could not look more refreshing on a hot Friday night!
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. tangerine juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add the vodka, tangerine juice and simple syrup. Shake to combine the ingredients. Strain into a martini glass.
Easy enough, right?

A couple of scoops of your favorite lime sherbet or sorbet into a salt rimmed glass and pour the desired amount of tequila over the top.
Bam! Instant margarita.

How does a Pink Grapefruit Margarita sound?
Cool and refreshing…
1 cup ruby-red grapefruit juice
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
1 cup triple sec orange liqueur
3 cups ice
1 cup silver tequila
1 lime cut in wedges
optional Kosher salt.
Mix and enjoy on the patio with the ones you love.
