Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, one of my favorite holidays ever, namely because I LOVE to cook Thanksgiving dinner. This year though, because it totally snuck up on me, we didn’t make big plans here at the Casa. Instead, we are going to my sister-in-law’s house where there will be other hands involved in the fixings and while part of me is a little disappointed not to get to do the whole dinner myself, I have to admit, I am relieved and really looking forward to spending the evening with little nieces and nephews and my husband’s sweet family.
