Last weekend we made the BEST Sangria I’ve ever tasted. So delicious and simple to make.
I thought it would be perfect for today’s Happy Hour recipe and you can sip on it over the weekend.

- 2 bottles red Spanish table wine
- 1 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
- Orange slices
- Apple slices
- Pomegranate seeds
Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a tightly sealed container or pitcher for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
I actually forgot to add the simple syrup in mine and I thought it was perfect.
I don’t love overly sweet sangria and the pomegranate juice gave it a really great flavor so if you like yours a little more on the tart side (like me), keep that in mind.
Have a fabulous weekend and drink responsibly =)
